The Landlord Manual was undertaken by the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), Local Authority Coordinators of Regulatory Services (LACORS) and Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). Additions have been made by the West of England Housing Partnership in order to make this document more applicable to landlords and agents with properties in the West of England region.
