Welcome to the Empty Property section of the West of England Private Housing website

The West of England group of local authorities have formed a partnership to tackle the problem of empty homes across the region.  We aim to encourage, enable and assist owners to bring their empty properties back into use for residential accommodation. 

The information in this section is intended to be provide useful information, advice and contacts whether you own an empty property, wish to buy an empty property or if you want to report an empty property.
