Bath and North East Somerset HMO Licensing Application

Licensing of HMOs from 1st April 2011

To apply for a HMO licence which will require a new licence from 1st April 2011; or to reapply for an HMO licence which expires after the 31st March 2011 you will need to use a new application form and pack, submitting a new fee.

You can download the new application form here. You can fill this form in online, but you will need to print it and sign it before sending to us. You can also download a guide to the new form here and information about your licence here.
