Welsh Assembly RPT decisions
There have been two key decisions involving Welsh local authorities that have looked at the following issues:
• The requirement to give notice of intended entry under section 239 of the Housing Act 2004
• Officer authorisation
These decisions (RPT/HA04/S11Imp/8 and RPT/HA04/S11IMP/7) have resulted in updated, non-statutory, guidance being produced by LACORS in September 2009.
