Avon Fire & Rescue Service - Partnership working on the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order protocol and various aspects of HMO licensing

Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) - One of the partners responsible for the original text of the Landlord Manual

Accreditation Network UK (ANUK) - One of the partners responsible for the original text of the Landlord Manual

Local Authority Coordinators of Regulatory Services (LACORS) - One of the partners responsible for the original text of the Landlord Manual

National Landlords Association (NLA) - Works closely with the West of England authorities through the West of England Landlord Panel and responsible for updating the text of the national Landlord Manual

Westcountry Landlords Association (WLA) -  Works closely with the West of England authorities through the West of England Landlord Panel and one of the partners who helped to update the national Landlord Manual to create the West of England Landlord Manual

The Guild of Residential Landlords (GRL) -  One of the partners who helped to update the national Landlord Manual to create the West of England Landlord Manual

Bristol Association of Letting and Managing Agents (BALMA) - Works closely with the West of England authorities through the West of England Landlord Panel and one of the partners who helped to update the national Landlord Manual to create the West of England Landlord Manual. The West of England Landlord Expo is also held in association with BALMA.

Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) -  Works closely with the West of England authorities through the West of England Landlord Panel and one of the partners who helped to update the national Landlord Manual to create the West of England Landlord Manual. ARLA have also been closely involved with drawing up Empty Dwelling Management Order cotracts with the Empty Property Group.
